Soviet Life – The Man and Space Edition

I found this amazing magazine “Soviet Life” at a second-hand book fair recently, and it totally fascinates me.

It is a joint American & Soviet publication which started in 1956 (and still continues as “Russian Life” .)

This edition is from August 1969 and totally focussed on “Man and Outer Space“.

As well as some fascinating stories,  interviews! (Neil Armstrong, Vladimi Shatalov, James Lovell, Gherman Titov etc!!) facts and figures –  it also has some really great photography, graphic design and layout - some of which I will share with you here.
