It is amazing to look back 100 years to look at some of these illustrations of machinery, much of which looks so alien to us now. Illustration and printing 100 years ago must have been such a skilled and labour intensive task - with what we would see now as very limited resources, but at that time were cutting edge technology. The high level of skill and craftsmanship really shines in these glorious and fascinating illustrations.
